Yvette Salerno
Yvette began teaching fitness classes more than 10 years ago when she became a certified Zumba instructor. Since then, she has added yoga, cardio dance and bootcamp style classes to her list. After two years of filling in to cover classes for a dear instructor friend of hers who had endured a stroke, she found her new love in teaching senior fitness. Her passion for teaching and the joy it brings her is why she truly considers it her “therapy.” In addition being a fitness instructor, Yvette is also is a partner in Moving Ideas, a brand communications, marketing & design agency. She and her husband, Russ, have been married for 26 years and have two children, Dalton (21) and Danielle (16). |
